In his role as Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Tomlin leads implementation and strategic account management for all of AMN Healthcare's Managed Services Programs (MSP) clients, which exceed $1 billion in gross spend under management. His team is responsible for more than 100 MSPs, including some of the nations' largest systems, such as Kaiser Permanente, Providence Health, Stanford Health Care, PeaceHealth, and St. Joseph Health.

Tomlin started his career in the healthcare staffing industry in 2002 and joined AMN Healthcare in 2004. Throughout his career, he has been an innovator in the clinical MSP area, where he has established best practices and implemented solutions to successfully address clients staffing and workforce management needs.

Tomlin and his team also implemented AMN's first Diversity Supplier Program and leads an annual AMN Supplier Summit to mentor and share strategies with top MSP staffing companies.
